Major Renovations and Updates Each Year!

Since we purchased Don't Worry, Beach Happy, we have included many upgrades to include new Poly observation deck seating on the third floor deck and Poly Adirondack chairs on front deck, new pool Basketball net and balls, new Pool Volleyball net and balls. The spa has a new lightweight & easy to lift hot tub cover.

Kitchen additions include new Cuisinart pots and pans, Corningware casserole dishes, Kuerig coffee maker, new silverware and outdoor dishware and glasses just perfect for evenings by the pool. All bedrooms received new colorful quilt covers, high-quality mattress covers and pillows.
Fall 2022 the home received a new roof, all new windows and white plantation blinds, all new decks, railings, and exterior stairs, and more outdoor seating. Finally, all new siding in a bright, beachy paint color finish up this major exterior renovation!
